Our Guarantee to You
Every dog learns differently, and while there is no "magic wand" I can wave to fix all your problems, I will work with you and your dog to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your training. I work to be flexible with all my clients to ensure they are happy with my services. I will always work to make sure both you and your dog are comfortable throughout the training process.
If you are unhappy with my services, please let me know and I will do what I can to make sure both you and your dog are happy with the training you've received.
Our Service Policy
For all training programs, payment must be received in full in order to begin training.
If you sign up for a program that comes with a guarantee of support, you may schedule 1 lesson per week before the end of the guarantee. Scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
All lessons must be scheduled at the time of sign-up. If a client needs to reschedule, they are not guaranteed an appointment for the same time slot at a later date.
Expedition Paws operates under a no-refund policy. Should you decide to discontinue your program for any reason, I will offer you a credit for the unused service to use towards any of my other services.
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, group class, day training, or adventure training appointment, you must do so within 24 hours of the appointment to prevent forfeiting the appointment. If a client no-shows or cancels less than 24 hours in advance for more than 5 appointments, Expedition Paws reserves the right to terminate the program.
